24 March 1683: Decree of transference at instance of Alexander Irvine of Drum as heir to his deceased father, Sir Alexander Irvine of Drum, against the heirs and executors of the deceased Dame Magdalen Scrymgeor, relict of the said Sir Alexander, and the heirs and executors of the deceased Charles and Francis Irvine, sons of the said Sir Alexander, in respect of a summons and action of reduction and improbation at instance of the said Alexander against the said Dame Magdalen, the said Charles and Francis, her sons, and Anna, Elizabeth, Jean, Isobel and Margaret, her daughters, the summons dated 22 July 1657.
