Jean (Jonet) Moncrieff

Jean (Jonet) Moncrieff is the third daughter born to William Moncrieff and Jean Oliphant. She married William Ramsay of Murie in c. 1576. According to Playfair and Douglas the name Jean or Jonet is not listed as one of the daughters of William Moncrieff and Jean Oliphant (Seton & Moncrieff 1890: 31-2).

They both had a daughter named Margaret Ramsay born c. 8 May 1581 in Errol, Perthshire, Scotland.
