Jeduthan King died at age 21 in Southeast, Putnam County, New York.
He was buried Old Tilly Foster (Ellis) Cemetary, Southeast, Putnam County, New York.
His wife Elizabeth King (Townsend) remarried to Seth Foster, abt. 1800 in Carmel Dutches County, New York.

In his father's will (Heman King), dated March 28, 1805.
Probated April 30, 1812. Heman King mentions his grandson Jeduthan King son of my son JEDUTHAN KING.

Heman signed his will 28 March 1805 in Dutchess County, New York; it was probated
30 April 1812 in Dutchess County[6]. He mentioned in his will his wife, Elizabeth,
and the following children:

Heman: Heman King Jr. (abt.1752-abt.1820)
Stephen: Stephen King (1756-bef.1828)
Phebe
Rhoda: Rhoda (King) Dakin (1752-1839)
Alice
Mercy
Elizabeth: Elizabeth (King) Cole (1766-1858)
Ebenezer (died 1792)
Jedutha (died 1789)

Heman died 12 Jan 1812 in Dutchess County, New York, but is buried in the Ellis Cemetery in current day Putnam County, along with his wife, Elizabeth, and their son Jedutha[7]. His headstone inscription reads: In memory of Heman King who died 12 Jan 1812 aged 85 years.

Thanks for sharing what you found on Jeduthan King. The will for Heman King was definitely key to linking the two Jeduthan Kings as father and son. Nice job finding that. As it turns out, I already had Seth Foster and his 2nd wife Elizabeth Townsend, widow of Jeduthan King on my file. So it was easy to update my file adding him as the link from Heman King to grandson Jeduthan King. All three were in my database, they just weren't linked to each other.
