29 September 2010. Searching the Electoral Listings for Binfield Berkshire No Elkins present in 1930. A Lockwood Elkins lived at Billingbear Lane from 1932 to 1936. In the list for 1936 Lockwood lived at Ivy Cottage Terrace Rd Binfield In 1938 Lockwood and May Elkins were listed at Ivy Cottage. From 1939 to 1982/3 all listings published showed a Eli L Elkins and Mona M Elkins living at Ivy Cottage Terrace Road Binfield. A search of the admission registers for Binfield Cof E school covering this period showed no Elkins children attended this school.
