Jeremiah Mead (1732 - Mar. 17, 1817), son of Jacob, grandson of Joseph, great-grandson of John, and second great grandson of William, said to be born in Connecticut Colony, and died in the Southeast Precinct of Putnam County, New York.

Asserted to have married Abigail Lockwood (1736 - Dec. 18, 1814) who died in the Southeast Precinct at age 78.
