Joan Margaret Dodds 1923-2010

Joan Margaret Dodds died at the Western Hospital, Alberton, on Tuesday, May 25, 2010 with her children by her side of Joan Margaret Dodds, beloved wife of James Dodds, of Brooklyn, P.E.I, age 86 years. Born in Almonte, Ontario, on September 30, 1923 she was the daughter of the late Edward and Mary (nee Manion) Letang. Lovingly remembered by her children Vivien (Jim) Falls of Peterbrough Ont; Danny (Sandy) Dodds of Peterbrough, Ont; June (Leigh) Gordon of Brooklyn; Michael (Remy) Dodds of Toronto. Cherished grandmother to Peter Falls, Jillian Dodds, Krystyna Dodds, Danielle Dodds, Gregory Gordon, Christopher Gordon, Leanne Gordon & Daniel Dodds. Great grandmother to Hannah Gallant. Dear sister to Wilfred (Ted) (Late Jean) LeTang of Chatham, Ont. and Patrick (Dorothy) Letang of Montreal. She was predeceased by her daughter and son in law Donna and Bruce Cox of Toronto. Resting at the Rooney Funeral Home, Alberton. Visiting hours Thursday May 27, from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Funeral on Friday afternoon May 28, from the Sacred Heart Church, Alberton, for funeral mass at 3:00 p.m. Interment in the church cemetery.
