Her body to be buried in the Chapel of St. Anne, in the Parish Church of Farleigh Hungerford, next to the grave of her husband. Mentions her son Sir Walter Hungerford, Katherine his wife and Thomas his son.
Inquisitions Post Mortem of Joan widow of Thomas Hungerford, knight, Writ 26 March 1412.
She died on 21 March [1412]. Walter her son and heir is aged 33 years and more.

3/1/1412, Joan died in Farleigh. (S) Brass plate: “Here lieth the Lady Joanna, wife of the said Thomas Hungerford, daughter of Sir Edmund Husee, Knight, who died 1st March, A.D. 1412.”
