: Death 1621 Fairfield, Fairfield, Connecticut, United StatesI'm wondering if the Connecticut location can be right. Was there even a place called 'Fairfield, Connecticut' in 1621? Also, her husband,Nicholas Bennett, is recorded as having died in England. Dahl-285 09:07, 28 May 2014 (EDT) There is no Granfield in Bedfordshire. Just Cranfield. But with no evidence at all to suggest that she was from Bedfordshire, it's much safer to change her birthplace to England. The only hint that there might be a Bedfordshire link is her alleged son James married, in America, agirl from Bedfordshire. Not enough to say that he was from Bedfordshire, nor that his mother was.
