Rempel, p. 9). In the 1808 Chortitza Colony Census he is listed in Neuendorf among the landless, where it says that he migrated from Lakendorf, Prussia to Russia in 1795 (B. H. Unruh, p. 272). In the 1814 and Oct 1816 Censuses he is listed at Neu Osterwick #11 (B. H. Unruh, p. 283). The Hilda Muir submission says he died 19 Feb 1851. One record says she died 19 Jul 1851.
