Which (illegible word) being returned and read, Adam Yowler, eldest son of
Isaac Yowler deceased come into court and agreed to take the land at the
valuation.
Whereupon it was ordered by the court that the said Adam Yowler with at
least two sufficient securities do enter into a (word illegible) same for the
payment in one year after this date, to Peter, Jacob, Isaac, Mary, Eve and
Margaret; children of Isaac Yowler deceased respectively one seventh part of
(illegible word) there with interest for the same from this 1 Aug last and also for
the payment to Anna, widow of the said Isaac Yowler deceased, on this 1st Aug
next and yearly thereafter during the life of the interest of 104. (word illegible
believe it to be a reference to English pounds) and also for the payment at the
death of the said Anna to the said Peter, Jacob, Isaac, Mary, Eve and Margaret,
children of the said Isaac deceased, of their respective seventh part of the said
sum of 104. (illegible) all with payments being so made it is ordered by the court
that all the right title and in (illegible) of the said Isaac Yowler owned be vested in
the said Adam, his son.

(The Glodfelty farm was next door to the Yowler farm. Adam Faidley first
married Eve Yowler; when she died he married Mary Glodfelty.)
(In Sep 1798, a petition was filed in the Orphan Court of Somerset County, PA in
behalf of Anna after her death. It stated that Isaac, Mary, Eve and Margaret
were still under 21 years of age.)
