Hi, I thought you might be interested in this record from the 1719 Opgaafrol from Ancestry.com...it is interesting because it lists Johanna, obviously on a wine farm, with a free adult but no spouse listed. Given that she would have been in her early 20s does this mean she was in a relationship with Carel Wieser, though she only married him in 1732 or was there another yet unlisted relationship..to me it seems the latter is possible! Otherwise maybe the male is a brother though it seems odd he was not listed. Anyway hoping there is something of interest in the record! By the way the farms are usually around Cape Town in this record set unless they list Drakenstein or Stellenbosch Name: Johanna Colijn
