"Inventory of all such property as has been relinquished by the death of Johanna Margaritha Carolina Kilian separated wife of Johannis Marthinus Nonnemacher on the eleventh day of the month of January in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and twenty nine.
The deceased having by her last will and testament executed on the 11th Novemb: 1828 before the Notary Public, Johannes Nicolaas Meeser, and certain witnesses after having bequeathed several legacies appointed as her sole and universal heirs under certain conditions and restrictions more fully explained in said will, viz:t
1) Maria Elizabeth Kilian wife of Carel Bester
2) Mathilda Wilhelmina Elizabeth Geertruyda Kelly daughter of Michiel William Kelly
The portion of inheritances being entailed with fideicommis and has further appointed the worshipful Board of Orphan Masters of this Colony in said will to be and to act as her executors.
In consequence of which the aforesaid property having been inventoried by the undersigned special Commissioner from the Orphan Board and was found to consist in the following, viz:t
