LOCHNER JOHANN GEORG (S Lochner and Lockner, also called LECHNER). - Mannheim. Arr. 1765 as so., wagon-driver, b. 1771, a tailor. Ensign of the burgher-infantry. In 1790 he asked for a piece of ground at Rondebosch. In 1788 the value of his estate amounted to 10,147 rds. and he possessed 33 slaves; but in 1794 he became insolvent and asked for a piece of ground on the Dieprivier in order to be able to support his family; the following year he asked for an additional piece of ground. ~ (1) 12.6.1767 Johanna Geertruyda Verbeeck, wid.
