The abovementioned passed away on 25 August 1895 on the farm ' Kliphoogte ' Swellendam District. She was aged 69 years and 4 months and died of Asthma having been ill for 10 days with Dr Chatwick being in attendance. Lived, died and was buried on the farm family graveyard.

Surviving Spouse ; Aged 75 years - a Farmer - Left the following Children : 3 males aged 45,43,37 - 4 females : aged 49,47,39,35 ( 2 deceased aged 8 days and 3 years )
