Johanne Cathrine Bie married twice after Ole Mortensen's death. And was still alive for the 1801 census. (The age listed there accounts for her suggested birth year of 1733.) To date (2012) no reliable information has been found as to her origins.

A suggested parentage of Lars Bie & Anne Jorgensdatter Femmer does not seem likely -- since Johanne had 3 daughters with Ole, each with a first & middle name = 6 female names -- and None of these were Anne.

There is no known documentation for calling her either Nilsdatter or Larsdatter - whether in church, census, or skifte records.
