John Allen

John Allen is the son of Elisha Allen and Elizabeth Fish; he served in the Revolution then settled in Peru, New York with his wife Phebe Smith Deuel (sometimes DeVol) and their children. They were born in Washington and Dutchess Counties at various times before, during, and after the war.
