John P. Angelos (born May 14, 1967) is an American businessman who owns and manages the Baltimore Orioles, a position he has held since 2020, leading the club's front office and overseeing day-to-day business operations. Previously, he served as the Orioles' COO and executive vice president, a position he held since 1999. He also serves as president and chief operating officer of the Mid-Atlantic Sports Network (MASN), overseeing the network's business operations. Angelos is the elder son of Baltimore Orioles owner Peter Angelos. On January 30, 2024, he agreed to sell the Orioles to an investment group led by billionaire David Rubenstein.
