m. 12 Nov 1689 Mrs. Sarah (White) Loomis She was the widow of Thomas Loomis of Hartford.She was the dau. of Lt. Daniel White of Hatfield. She was b. 5 Feb 1662 in Lebanon, CT.d. 25 Aug 1751.
John III, notes:
He was the 1st settler of Coventry. He moved to Lebanon in 1707/08. He recvd his deed from Isaac Everett of Lebanon, Oct 1715. He was the first Capt. of Trained Band in the town. He owned slaves.
