Goben, John Bryant "Mike",

72 of Louisville, passed away Saturday, January 24, 2015 at the Hosparus Palliative Care Center at Norton Pavillion.

He was born on January 21, 1943 in Louisville Kentucky to the late Walter and Mary O'Malley Goben.

He was a member of Good Shepherd Baptist Church and worked in Jail Ministry. John retired from Ford Motor Company where he worked for 41 years on the assembly line and as a stock checker. He was a proud veteran who served in the United States Air Force from 1961 to 1965 and also served in Air National Guard.

The funeral service will be held on Wednesday, January 28, 2015 at 1pm at Arch L. Heady and Son FH, 8519 Preston Hwy. Louisville, KY 40219 with burial to follow at Evergreen Cemetery.
