Will of John Buchanan of Berklay County and State of South Carolina: To daughter Nancy Turly1/3 part of my land where on I now live the part to be laid out on the south side of Hellers Creek; to wife Elizabeth Buchanan all priveleges of my plantation 2/3 of my land on the north side of Hellers Creek joining the south side of Broad River duringher natural life, after her decease the 2/3 of land to my 2 sons John and Micajah Buchanan to be equally divided, if eithershould die without issue their part shall go to the other brother; to dau.
