About John Connelly
He died young, apparently of appendicitis.
He was a liquor dealer. TMS notes from Grandma/Bonnie say business was on E. 23rd Street, house on E. 20th Street.
Book inscription (catechism) signed John J. Connelly, 308 E. 20th Street, New York City, Epiphany Sunday School)
He's the one who bought the christening dress for his son John Joseph Connelly (in the 1870s). He was an importer, perhaps, and wedding notice says liquor merchant.
