IN PHILLIPS COUNTY, A.T.

Notice is hereby given,

That there will be sold, on Monday, the seventh day of November next, at the Court house door in the town of Helena, in the County of Phillips and Territory of Arkansas, the following tracts or parcels of Land and Town Lots, lying and being situate in said county, or so much of each of them as will be sufficient to pay the Taxes and costs due thereon for the years hereinafter set forth, unless the said Taxes and costs due on said Lands and Town Lots, be paid before that time, by the owners or agents thereof, viz:
