Per Benda Quirke Boyle, she met John Culloty in Ireland. He and his wife lived in a small thatched cottage. He went by the name of 'Jack'. When she had gone back to visit, she noticed 2 out of place items in the home. A brand new TV and brand new China cabinet which looked out of place with the rest of the furniture. It was assumed that they received money from sale of land at Cragg, which then became Cragg Cave a tourist destination.
