His name was John Cumming Urquhart, as in Cumming, Ga.

Also, there is no "s" on Park, it is Allen Park Urquhart.

I believe John Urquhart was born in Macon, Ga. and Allen Park Urquhart was born in Florida, probably somewhere around Lake City, or thereabouts.

There are differing accounts as to where his father was born, so I'm not sure about that.
