Mr. Henry Darby died November 19th, 1925. He was the father of thirteen children, eleven of whom are living and two dead. His first wife was Martha White and they had three children, Mrs. Emma Mann, John and Tom Darby of Aragon, Ga. His second wife was a Miss Sams. They had three children, Oscar and Bailey Darby of Alabama and Mrs. Georgia Pearton of Woodstock, Ga. His last wife was Miss Susie Pearson. They had seven children, Cicero, Early, and Truman Darby, Mrs. Cora Voils of Dawson county; Mary and Essie Darby, and one dead. He was about sixty-nine years old and was well known throughout the country. His body was laid to rest in Four Mile cemetery, Revs. John Darnell, Dave Duckett and Lee Edwards conducting the funeral service.
