Hector had a land grant of 2,000 acres 21/June/1765 on Catfish Creek on the NE side of the PEEDEE River in Craven Co.,SC.  (Vol. 1, pg 425, Charleston, SC). This land puts Hector and Robert in the Williamsburg District about the same time.  They both died about the same time.  Hector in 1767 and Robert in 1772. Therefore, it is safe to "assume" that they are brothers.
