John Gibson, of the Congaree Fort

GIBEON Gibson’s descendant, Gen Randal Lee Gibson, in his history/biography writes his ancestor is Gibeon, son of John or Roger; but Roger left will names sons Roger, Samuel no Gibeon or Gideon.

He writes that Hannah Murphy is the sister. And Jordan died 1799 in SC is their brother.

    • A-43. (A-3) Hannah (Gibson) Sa(u)nders Murfee (c1725-1769/73) m. She first married George Saunders/Sanders and second Malachi Murfee/Murphy.
