Says he was BORN: in Lurgan, County Galway Ireland on the 4th day of March, 1886, and now resides at 1422 W. Market Street, Louisville, Kentucky with his wife Mary Gilmore who was born in County Galway Ireland. Declaration made on September 18, 1918.

• NOTE - The SS Lusitania was sank off the coast of Kinsale, Ireland by a German U_Boat, and this started the First World War.
