Dr. Russell W. Barr, Deputy Coroner of Jackson County, pronounced death caused by Hypertensive Myocarditis. The informant was Mariah Gingrich, spouse of the deceased.

Mr. Gingrich was born September 17, 1863, in Icksburg, Pennsylvania, the son of Louis Gingrich, born in Pennsylvania, and unnamed mother. He was united in marriage to Mariah and she survives. Mr. Gingrich was a sheep buyer.

Arrangements were under the care of Newcomers and Sons of Kansas City. Burial was in Hams Prairie Cemetery.
