The son of 05.012 William Harbin and his first wife, 05.041 Alice Harbin, was born in Prince Georges County, Maryland on August 20, 1711 and died in Camden, South Carolina on May 1, 1795. He was a Constable and took the census of Bryantown, Charles County, Maryland in 1775. He moved to Camden, S.C. in 1784 and bought 205 acres on the waters of the Broad River, plat B 389, recorded on December 20, 1784. He was married first to 06.034 Johanna Jones, second to 06.035 Elizabeth (?) Harbin, maiden name unknown, and third to 06.086 Catherine (?) Harbin, maiden name unknown. Johanna was born in 1716 and died in 1736.
