John Howard was born on 1 December 1578 in Brockdish Hall, Norfolk, England.1,2 He was the son of Robert Howard and Phillipa Buxton.1 John Howard married Elizabeth Lock, daughter of Samuel Lock, on 26 November 1606 in Thorpe Abbott, Norfolk, England.1 John Howard died on 4 April 1642 in Norwich, Norfolk, England, at age 63.1
