John (Jack) Hayward

In 1908 he lived at Goudar Gardens, West Hampstead, New York. May have been with Helena Hayward, 90c Fordwych Rd, Hampstead, London, in December 1912. May have had the care of his wife's nephew and niece George Amar Lucan and Helena Inez, from then.

"Jack bids me thank you very much for the book you sent him: he would write himself, but has not been well, and is not allowed to write at present. I hope all the children are well. Give my love to them" (letter written from Goudar Gardens). Yours affectionately, Geraldine Hayward.
