First wife died in Franklin. 2nd wife was Mary Polly Owsley and he had a big family with her, too.
Middle name is often listed as Tresh, but it seems more likely that Thresh, his mother's maiden name, is correct.
Moved from Cooke County, TN to Franklin, MO and after the big flood there to Elk Fork Township, Pettis County, MO. Relocated to Burbon County, KS though it is a mystery as to why. He is buried there under the name "Kindrick." Early family members are often listed with that spelling.
