If the second death date is correct, some other of the Edmondson children may have been born to Catherine rather than to Esther & the birth dates may have been earlier or later. To Catherine was born.: Sarah "Sallie" Elizabeth Heartsill (Edmondson)-b. 10/6/1856, Spring Place, Murray, Georgia-double Selleck cousin & half-Edmondson sister to the following five children born to her Selleck aunt/Edmondson step-mother-- (3) Esther Mary Edmondson (Selleck)-sister of Catherine-(b. 6/25/1839; d. 11/4/1926, age 87 yrs. in Spring Place, Murray, Georgia), married ??/??/1863? or 1866? in Murray, Georgia; bore five children: 1) James Edmondson, b. c. 1863 in Murray, Georgia; 2) Rebecca Edmondson, b. c. 1863 or 1864 in Murray, Georgia; 3) John Leonidas Edmondson, b. c. 1865 in Murray, Georgia; 4) Annie Edmondson, b. c. 1866 in Murray, Georgia & d. in Murray, Georgia; 5) Nettie Edmondson, b. c. 1867 in Murray, Georgia. {Some of this last group may have been born to mother Catherine rather than to mother Esther.
