8. John (Andrew2 William 1), b. in Hing. Jan. 30, 1647-48. m. first, Jan. 21, 1679-80, Sarah Beal, dau. of Jeremiah and Sarah (Ripley) Beal. She was bt. in Hing. July 3, 1659, and d. 13 Dec. 1693, set. 34 yrs. He m. secondly, Apr. 16, 1701, Bethia Lincoln, dau. of Stephen and Elizabeth (Hawke) Lincoln. She was b. in Hing. Oct. 30, 1670, and d. 17 March, 1716-17, set. 46 yrs. He d. 12 March, 17 29-30, at. 82 yrs. Will dated 18 May, 1728, proved 15 March, 1729-30. “Carpenter.” Resided on the paternal homestead, North St., West Hing. ‘
