Great Grandfather, John Wesley Larkin, but he was born in Clinton County, Ohio, Feb 23, 1849. It is possible that your Mary Larkens is a generation above his since she is older. He moved to Missouri and that is where my line finds him and where my Grandfather and Father were born in Cass County, MO. Someone in the family said they couldn't find information back any farther than him and wondered if he had been separated from birth relatives and raised with others. Because you are a member, I assume, here....does that mean you can see my family tree? I think I made it viewable to all. I did note on your Mary Larkens tree branch that she had a brother John W Larkins...who could be my John Wesley Larkins Father. If I ever get a block of time to make it worthwhile I really would like to get involved with this. I have a Mormon relative on my Mother's side of my line and she has traced the paternal line of Semmens back to 1600's in this country. But my Larkin lineage if very short in details. Maybe you can make some of the detail you have available. And I can check with a niece that I know is dabbling in her ancestry.
