Had partnered with Beverley T. Riggs. Together they opened the "Hillside" mine which later became the ignominious Seven Stars swindle.
Future AZT (appointed Gov) Alexander Oswald Brodie, then of the Walnut Grove Water Storage Co., was brought in to do an assessment of the Seven Stars various claims. ~•(see attached doc.)
