About John MacGillivray, SV/Prog

London early 1859 and arrived at Port Elizabeth on 10 May 1859. They then relocated to Fort Beaufort. On the manifest, John's occupation was listed as "Cabinet maker" but he later became "Undertaker / Coffin making" presumably to meet the current demand.
