John Wallace O'Ferrall

John Wallace "Wally" O'Ferrall of Covelo, CA passed away on Dec 17, 2008 in St Helena CA. Born August 25, 1938 in Covelo, he spent 40 years as a welder and mechanic. Wally was a member of the Presbyterian Church in Covelo. A loving husband and father, he also gave freely of his time, talents, and love to others in his community. He shared his love of music and the piano with many and was loved and appreciated by residents of nursing homes and senior centers. Wally loved people and they knew it, so he never met a stranger. Wally is survived by his loving wife, Dolores; sons Jonathan, Robert and Thomas; daughter Sandra Hill; sister Joyce Dennis; brothers Roger, Dusty Sr, Mike and Kevin. Wally was preceded in death by his younger brother, Patrick, in June 2008.
