•Turvey: May have been one of the first victims of the Black Death •Married Jane/Janet/Joanna Joyce, daughter of Sir John Joyce, of Prendergast, sheriff of Pembrokeshire in 1333 •Son Peter - #7 below •Daughter (or granddaughter?) Alice married Stephen Malefant •Daughter Isolda married William Benegar. She was guardian during Peter's minority to a messuage [house with its land and outbuildings] and a carucate [the amount of land a team of eight oxen could plow in a year] of land held by socage tenure [land held in return for produce or service] at Eastington. Peter sued in 1373 to get the profits from that land.
