John, the son of John Pierce Jr. and Elizabeth (birth surname unknown), was born at Woburn in the Massachusetts Bay Colony on November 23, 1644.[1]

John Pierce is listed as having been a resident of Woodbury, Connecticut by 1682.[2] He received an additional land grant in 1702.[3]

John married Ann Huthwitt by 1683; they had two known children together: [4]

1. John b Sep 10, 1683; m Comfort Jenner
2. Elizabeth b Aug 10, 1685

John died at Woodbury on November 19, 1731.[5]
