Known as John of Woburn. He was killed in Indian massacre in 1704. He and Rachel had 6 children between 1679 and 1692. In 1692, John Priest and three other families and two soldiers formed the 8th Lancaster Garrison at the Still River farm of Maj. Simon Willard. As an inducement, the Lancaster proprietors granted John Priest 30 acres on the east side of Bear Hill.
