Field stone inscribed J. S. / B. May 11, 1771 / D. Nov. 5, 1838. I believe this is the resting place of John Siron who settled along the Upper Bull Pasture River c. 1792 in what would be called Siron's Mill. John moved down from Pennsylvania, its unknown at this time whether he brought his milling trade to the Bull Pasture or if he learned it after his arrival. He married Esther Hiner c. 1794. Morton's History of Highland. This cemetery is located in the field across the way from Siron's Mill.
Children Ester Hester Siron Jack 1799–1872
