Mrs. Alice I. Swearingen, 81, 1509 Montana avenue, died early today. Funeral services will be held tomorrow at 2 p.m. in St. Albans Episcopal Church. Contributions may be made to the church.

Mrs. Swearingen, a resident of El Paso for 46 years, is survived by her husband, Walter. She was a member of the United Daughters of the Confederacy, the D.A.R., El Paso chapter of the PEO and a life member of the El Paso Woman's Club. Arrangements are being handled by Harding, Orr and McDaniel Montana avenue. Interment will be in Restlawn Cemetery.
