The body of Ansel Van Swearingen, 62, brother of W. E. Swearingen, El Paso, who died yesterday at his home in Carrizozo, N.M., was brought to El Paso today for burial. Funeral arrangements are pending at Kaster & Maxon mortuary.

Mr. Swearingen is survived by his widow; another brother, H. C. Swearingen, Chicago, Ill., and three sisters, Mrs. E. E. Zwick, El Paso; Mrs. V. H. Robinson, Los Angeles, Calif., and Mrs. J. A. Cruz, Mexico.
