John Jamison, Sr.'s, will--
To son, James; son, Mathew; to son, William's children in Kentucky (probably William's oldest son Samuel is dead; if he is, then his part to go to his brother John); to daughters, Ellen Berry, Jane Cochran, Polly Templeton; to grandson, Jamison Cochran; to son, John; to grandson, John McConnick; to son James' son John; to son Mathew's daughter Sally.
Executors, Jacob Swoope, John Willson, James Jamison.
Teste: James Evans, Jesse Evans, W. Willson, Samuel Black. Proved, 26th January, 1818. April 24, 1818, Jacob Swoope qualifies (the other surviving executor having refused.) Vic Piper ; - on 18 may 2010 at (y'all may, or may not?, have to be a subscriber to access this original posting??)
