John Thompson

John Thompson was one of four men from East Haven chosen to meet with a committee from Branford to settle a dispute over boundries on Feb. 15, 1683. Two years later on May 9, 1685, the same four men on behalf of East Haven gave a quitclaim to Branford for lands within their bounds.
In his will of 13 Feb 1693, probated June 1693, he mentions his wife, eldest son John, son Samuel, daughter Chidsey, and daughter Abigail (NH Probate Rec vol 2, p. 136)
