He is mentioned as working at the Lynn ironworks in 1654, and is among those working at the forge in Taunton by 1656.

His birth date is approximate. He was living on Nov 3,1681 when he and Thomas Leonard purchased land from Richard Thayer in Taunton,MA, and he appears on the company books of the Taunton forge as late as Jun 13, 1690.

Children: Jane? Turner Godfrey and Mary Turner Arnold.

NOTE: There is a significant gap between these two daughters, suggesting there may have been other children.

"There is but one record of him at the ironworks in Lynn: his name appears on the list of accounts of John Beckes & Co. of Hammersmith and Braintree which were presented at court held 27:7:1653 in Ipswich: ?to ye acct of John Tourner Junior, cutteing 41 coarde 2 Foote of Woode at 2s-#4.2s.6d.?
