John Schilmiller
John (Bink) Schilmiller, 88, New Salisbury, died Monday, Jan. 8, 2007, at 8:04 p.m. at Indian Creek Health & Rehabilitation Center in Corydon. Born in Buena Vista, he was a farmer, a Navy veteran and a member of St. Michael's Catholic Church in Bradford. He was preceded in death by two brothers, Lawrence Buddie and Louis Schilmiller, and a sister, Frances Hess. Survivors include three sons, John and Paul Schilmiller, both of New Salisbury and Gary Schilmiller of Ramsey; three daughters, Ruth Mosier of Georgetown, Jean Kincaid of Milltown and Mary Ann Schilmiller of New Salisbury; two sisters, Lucille Fessel and Mary Ruth Kutter; 15 grandchildren; 10 step-grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; and six step-great-grandchildren. Funeral: Thursday, Jan. 11, at St. Michael's Catholic Church with burial in the church cemetery. Arrangements: Love Funeral Home in Palmyra.
