FUNERAL NOTICES.

The Friends of the LATE JOHN WHENNAN (an old resident of East Moonta) are respectfully informed that his remains will be removed from his late residence, Cross Roads, TO-MORROW (Sunday) AFTERNOON, at 3 o'clock, for interment in the Moonta Cemetery.

Mr John Whennan, who resided for many years at East Moonta, and only recently removed to Cross Roads, passed away at his residence at that suburb last evening. Deceased, who was well known throughout the district, had reached the mature age of 77 years, and had only been seriously ill for about a week. A widow, three sons, and two daughters survive him. The funeral will take place on Sunday afternoon, at 3 o'clock. (THE PEOPLE'S WEEKLY, MOONTA, SATURDAY, JUNE 27, 1908.)
